Haven't heard much after they got hit by the FTC suit. Also heard that there was an asset/account freeze. Are they still paying out their affiliates?

I asked specifically about this (the asset freeze) and was told that their assets aren't frozen and the ftc situation was under control.

Suppose the opposite is true, would you expect them to tell you to keep running traffic but we may not be able to pay for it?
