Copeac's New Interface & Tracking Platform - Mini-review

Mike - you guys offering more options for mailers now? Creatives, etc? That was always the major weakness IMO with your network, mailers had a hard time finding anything specifically for them.. hope it's improved?

I think we improved it a lot. If you're a mailer youll only see email creative and offers accepting email traffic. no worry that something you see you cant run

Also all EPC's that you as a mailer would see are based off other email traffic, the system is customized to everyone's promotion types, you shouldn't see anything that is irrelevant to your skill set.

Also if you care we have the ability to give list managers sub accounts to break out reporting all under one log in, so each list has its own ID and reporting.

Any input on what else we can do let me know we have full control to make anything we want

I didn't screen shot it but we also have an EPC monitor. You set up a minimum EPC on an offer and if your EPC drops below that number you get an email sent to you

Very nice mkrongel.

Can you push the team to move more on spanish offers a bit? Sales fell facefirst when markethealth made the dumb mistake of removing continuity in spanish landings. Would be glad to go all over with Copeac but need mooooar spanish! Sidique is the man btw.

perfect, now i dont even have to be by my comp to know when i should bitch at chad about stats LOL

Exactly! your AM is notified too, so they should be on it for you before you call

We also made it so you dont need to log in to our system for stats, you can have them emailed to you on a schedule. Or your stat bitch so they dont have your log in info.

1 click stats -> offer, CR, epc, done.

dont need much atm, but im a stats junky so if im not by a comp, just being able to check basics quickly is nice.

its always annoying to have to login, clicks stats, choose your date range, choose all campaigns, and have a shit ton of crap i dont need to see.

login -> check ->back to playing the wii

im assuming you're gonna have an api?

There are API's they will be under the tools section, it just hasn't been pushed out of production yet. I think Q/A is testing them still.

by hour and the epc threshhold make my pants feel tighter!

congrats to your team, looks very nice.

Glad we can make you excited without putting boobs all over the interface

One thing we havent shown is the my account section. Its connected to accounting so when payment goes out its updated in your account and you can see a history of payments and what they paid as well.

Also if you're on wire payments you can add and update your own wire info, no need to send it to an AM anymore.

Why the fuck isn't everybody doing this?

Also i was wondering if anyone cares about this or not but for our EPC values in reporting we show 3 numbers after the decimal so an EPC would look like $5.069 VS 5.07. Does this matter to anyone?

Building a custom system isn't cheap. Also our monthly carrying costs are 2-3 times more than what DT cost us each month.

Some people prefer to make cash and some invest in the future. Thats why everyone isnt doing this, in my opinion

Nice! Looks great!

The one feature that I would LOVE but have never seen is if an offer is being paused that you're running traffic on... you'll be notified via text message.

It might be expensive but would be epic. You could get around the SMS fees by putting that feature into an app and using push notifications.

I hate when an offer is redirected or pulled and the only notification I get is an email.

nah doesnt matter... but id prefer 2 deci's

I'm temped to say that more information > less information but perhaps too much information = clutter, and everybody knows that clutter = bad = less time to make campaigns. And less time to make campaigns = less money = less bitches.

I dunno, 2 decimals is probably enough. I'm on a horse.
