Here's a happy little story that will get your blood boiling. Cops arrest driver in a club parking lot for being drunk. They order his friend to move his car, even though the friend says he's drunk too and doesn't want to. When the guy bumps his friend's car into other vehicles in the parking lot the cop that ordered him to move the car opens fire on him killing him and hitting woman bystander.
Cop is never disciplined and remains on the force.

You know what's funny is that the anarcho-syndicalists in this sketch actually make some good points (despite being depicted as unsavory peasants).
If you're only interpreting this scene's subtext as exclusively pro-statist/anti-anarchist, you're missing out on the bigger picture.

I know a guy who was a bouncer at a bar where something similar happened. Some idiot started a fight instead of just leaving, a bouncer put him in a choke and the guy died.
The cops know it can happen and they know they are not supposed to use chokes like that, it is part of their training, remember that scene from training day where Denziel Washington makes a remark about Ethan Hawkes character using an illegal choke? Almost every cop in every somewhat modern country is told not to fucking do that to people because they can die or suffer brain damage.
Every cop there should be charged with criminal neglegence or manslaughter.
