Google outright gives you the code to do map searches, jwire + other providers also give you free databases of their hotspots...
following the tutorial on google's own site i threw this together in about 20 minutes.

*shrug* , then say you charge for the service/configuration, not the script. People get rather anal around here when you start charging for a script that's already free, even if they're too inexperienced to actually pull off the coding required to do it.
