Hey All,

I got myself accepted to MaxBounty, AzoogleAds and CPALEAD. I've been looking through the campaigns mostly on MaxBounty as it looks like a great network. One thing I noticed was that, there was Life Insurance Quote one that didn't require a credit card but just user information (like address etc) that provided a high payout.

Ever since I saw it, I've been thinking of a way to implement this and gain traffic, and I know wickedfire has a lot of seasoned professionals, so I thought I should phase my question here.

First of all, I would think of doing a landing page (does anyone know of any good landing page templates?) and then driving traffic through paid traffic or seo (love to hear your ideas), or some other ways. I really am not sure, as I'm new to running CPA campaigns.

I would love to hear your ideas, on promoting this, and hopefully helping me gain a lead or two.

When I promote most* CPL's I direct link them (using PPV traffic is a great way). I've experimenting with hitting Facebook with it before but it can be either hit or miss - quality can go down so advertisers have problems with it.
