I'd like to have something like this set up so I can volunteer to moderate a database like this even if a new section is eventually created.
Rules of participation could be something like:
1. You must be registered on or before 2011.
2. You must have at least 100 posts.
I wouldn't need to see anyones sites, you could send them in xxxxx.com format. However, you'd need to send accurate data on your site. I am thinking just basic opensiteexplorer domain info, the general niche your sites in, plus what kind of link partnership you're interested in like guest blog posting (sending/receiving) and/or link exchanging. After contact is made then sites can be swapped or whatever.
I could collect everyone's sites in this way and have a VA organize it in a nice spreadsheet.
How we'd want to share the data is a point to discuss:
-Only available to those that participate and have at least 1 site in the database?
-Available to anyone who meets the above rules?
-Something else?
I've got at least 12 sites to start it off with: skincare, jewelry, fashion, fitness, health, and a few others.
It might be prudent to limit it to the first 1 or 200 gay webmasters. Just a thought.
