Is this is big secret that is making everyone hundreds of thousands of dollars? :)

WickedFire has thought me alot about promoting these offers but what about actually creating them? I'm sure most of the bigger stuff has alot of legal work behind it but what about things like field submits, small dating offers and etc.

I love the fact that you can find TONS of great information on affiliate/cpa marketing but what about creating these bad boys? I'm hearing more about it and as I hear more my interests grow. Yet, I don't even know where to start... maybe I haven't really sat down and thought it through.

How many of you guys have your own offers on popular networks?

I wish to know more please tell me how I may subscribe to your newsletter

To answer your question, yes. Most people who make "big" money do it via their own offers or "sophisticated" white-label deals. It is nice to have 1000 affiliates sending you risk-free traffic. :) The key to running your own offers is being able to create stuff that converts. Bottom line is that, all else being equal, he who can afford to payout the most wins. If you create the most profitable offer in your niche for affiliates to promote, they will flock to you. So you'll need to master the skills of web design, copywriting, conversion testing, etc. Once you do that it's pretty easy. :)

selling products on the internet? nonsense.

No products but offers like zip submits, email submits, ringtones, contest and etc. Alot of is bullshit as we all know but people are making money promoting it and the merchants are making even more money running it.

For instance the field submits, how would one go about creating one of these offers to put on a network and have it promoted? Where do you start, how does it work, what is involved?

I really don't know where to begin because it's a little confusing to me. But for example.

NeverBlue(3163)
Best Security Companies

Campaign details are:
Get quotes from up to 4 TOP security companies!
Landing page is branded with GE Security

This isn't a bullshit offer but to me it seems that you're basically promoting another affiliate/company that is working with the top security companies in the business. So you're kind of like a sub-affiliate promoting for the actual affiliate which is then getting paid from the actual merchant(s) - But I might be wrong this is what is seems like to me.

So you're making money getting the lead, bestsecuritycompanies.com is making money doing what they do and the final contract will make the security company money. Am I right?

Ok check this one out it's another good looking "none bullshit" sort of deal. FreeMilitaryScholarships.com

NeverBlue(3008)
Converts on a first page form submit.
Users must be over 18.
Contact information must be valid.

Go check out the site and you'll notice that they are basically taking leads for free military scholarships. They're obviously making money selling the leads but I'd like to know how... =)

Also notice that they have "find loans" and "find schools" where they are making money acting as an affiliate. WOW. I love it. Probably making good money selling the leads and then some extra through the loans and schools sections.

Am I completely wrong here? I mean I see it man I think I see it lol

Yes, you're seeing it and people are doing it. Now you just have to figure out which companies to contact that will buy leads from you. Then you create these landing pages that you're finding and get them placed on a network. You will basically start brokering these leads but the key is finding companies who will buy them from you.

In 2003 I ran a mortgage offer. We were selling verified leads for up to $150 each and paying out just $30 for each one.

The problem, like you said, is finding companies to buy the leads. I had a seales force going from mortgage to mortgage company locally. What they didn't sell I would bulk off to another lead company that would pay me 60 bucks a pop.

If you find a company to buy bulk, its pretty damn easy to make some good money.

You can certainly make your own offers up. There are plenty of opportunities out there that aren't tapped.

You can easily steal ideas for making your own offers... for example take a look at the DataEntryCompany offer that I think is on advaliant.... if you actually read the details, all it is entering ads for YSM and Adwords. It's just another way of reselling the same service.

The only problem is that you have to provide support ... depending on what you're doing.

Good Business is being a good middleman.

Pretty cool stuff bigWill to bad that market died. I used to run a lot of mortgage leads myself, now we get like 6 bux.

There's plenty in the mortgage market still, just not in the US.
Australia's is still booming, and things are looking good for property in developed Asian countries such as Singapore.

Now that interesting!

Is there anything different from running a US campaign VS outside the US. (other then different language barriers)

Other than legal requirements on advertising, I can't really think of anything pertinent to an affiliate.
To operate on a .au TLDcc you need to get an Australian Business Number, but you can target Australians without using the TLDcc
