I just tried using Canadian credit card to buy something through Google Checkout and Google rejected it as a "precautionary measure against fraud" (and no it's not some noob issue like I'm over my limit etc). All of my other cards are US and I've never had any problems. Is it common for websites to block cards issued from other countries? I assumed a Visa would be a Visa no matter who issued it.
