Critique my first website ~ Help me improve it.

Well, I haven't been here all that long, but I know a little bit about site creation n what have you.
What are you wanting us to critique? The layout? The way you're using it to make money (Are you using it to make money?)?
Be specific when asking for the type feedback.
From a layout point of view, it's ho-hum.
Too much black for a start. I thought anime was meant to be blindingly bright colours that flashed and caused seizures. The guys in the pic up the top seem to suggest a colour scheme of orange/white or at least orange/yellow... Even if they are kinda arse ugly colours to use.
I'd also suggest not having ALL those video windows be open. Implement a script that allows people to open one at a time from the link, instead of having the links anchor further down the page.

I actually like the color scheme. But Harveyj is right about having all of those videos on the main page. It clutters up way too bad. The right side bar needs work as well. Have it be a drop down or anything besides listing all of the videos.
edit: on a second look, it might be a good idea to see if you can get that video saiyan plugin a different color scheme. Right now it sticks out like a sore thumb in spots and blends in too well in others.

It's OK, actually I didn't knew DBZ hat so many episodes! 
My suggestion is this: re-save the main graph in a lower quality, to speed it up. If that graph loads faster, the sensation of speed will be a lot better for the rest of the web page.

That directory in the right nav is way too long. And it could probably stand to have a little more monetization on it without looking too spammy.
