critique my site please...

I'd definitely try to give it a more effective title. Chances are if they are already on your domain, they know it so no need for it to use up the most valuable real estate on your site when it could get them to actually read through it.

1 - Cloak your affiliate links. Kill two birds with one stone and use Prosper202.
2 - Use a different header image. That one looks really cheesy. I would go with a solid color background and a logo. (see below)
3 - Use Photoshop (or Paint.net which is free) to make a decent logo. "homemoneyblog.com get a leg up on the competition" (all lower case too?) screams that you know nothing about making money form home.
4 - Backdate some of your posts, so it looks like you been doing this for at least a few months. Archives going all the way back to, uh...July doesn't exactly inspire confidence in your expertise.
5 - What is your goal with the site - to make a few bucks with Adsense? If not, get rid of it because it is going to steal visitors from your site for a nickel a piece when you could make a lot more by keeping your visitors there for an upsell of some sort.
6 - More images to break up the text and do something with all that whitespace in the sidebar.

Well I will say this, at least you are promoting an e-book actually worth buying, but you fail on the seo-elite promotion, there is plenty of better software's out there than that piece of shit.

The color of your sub-headings are to well... black, try changing them to a different color, see what looks good.

pump up "special offer" in the sidebar with some eye candy. it blends in with the rest of the layout when it should stand out.

nearly every cpa advertiser's lp has sexy graphics and arrows pointing down over sign up forms for a reason.

here's a fun little anecdote.

stupid fuckin hostgator disabled mysql partitioning in may, so the prosper202 install doesn't work anymore on hostgator servers.

shit.

i have my tracking pretty much locked down... what other options do i have for aff link cloaking

Only two minor tips come to mind. (Don't take that as an endorsement, I'm just a coder and haven't learned to sell yet.)

text-align: justify on #div.post makes it look a lot cleaner, at least on posts without a lot of one sentence lines.

Change the "Read more" link to include the title of the post so you get another internal permalink with your keywords. Something like "Continue reading %posttitle% ..."

As for cloaking affil links.. If you had a ton of wordpress content I'd say install a copy of Ninja Affiliate since it cloaks and autolinks your back catalogue with a link density you specify. You don't, so you might as well go for something as cheap as free. GoCodes is okay to cloak links but won't cloak tracking pixels. If you use wp-super-cache be sure to set up the exemption rule as specified. Might also want to change the 'go' mod_rewrite to 'recommends' or something.
