Does anyone know of a CRM / Project Management / Help Desk in one that works well. My team wastes a lot of time logging into and using multiple solutions and it would be nice if there were one streamlined system we could use to manage our business. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

How big is your team?

I've never found a solution that does all of those things well. Asana is probably the closest I can think of.

If your team is logging into everything and that's a major timesuck, plus you have a fair sized team, perhaps people are doing too many roles?

I think you're going to struggle to find one elegant solution that does all those things in the way you need them to.

In turns of disparate solutions: Salesforce CRM, TeamworkPM for project management & Zendesk for support. Can use something like Zapier to make them play nice and minimise having to cross-update stuff.

I have 4 employees that use the system. Then we have people outside the system that place orders for work. Project management isnt 100% necessary but a help desk where there are tasks assigned when a ticket is opened and has some kind of crm might work.

True, too much to maintain, we have a programmer in house and I still don't want to go this route

You're going to be lucky to find an all-in-one package that meets your specific needs.

So, find various services for each component, ensure they each have an API, then get your developer to integrate them so they work together. Voila!

I'd personally still go custom though, so the system can easily adapt as your business grows. Throw $5k at your developer, and get yourself setup with a nice custom solution that you can modify at a whim's notice, since it's 100% in your control.

run with it, it will cost you $10 and u will be using what big guys are using.
it is best issue tracking software, it has great PM add-ons and it can CRM ( not Dynamics level off course , but u don´t need it. It offers so much to make your life easier..

Hey try zoho.com, I use their Reports service and works really good. I know they have CRM, project management, and bunch of other business web tools but I am not sure if it all integrates.

so far zoho help desk is the closest to something useable ive found.

yea didnt really like it - these systems seem like they are all designed by people who have never actually done business

Salesforce is used by billion dollar corporations, so I think it's safe to say they've had some input from people that have done a little bit of business.

No offense, but if none of these solutions are exactly what you want, you might want to consider the fact that either you're doing it wrong, or you've found some new and improved way of managing a business - in which case you should have something developed and make money licensing it out.

i implement CRM systems for oracle, but our products are more for larger enterprise customers and probably not a good fit.

I'd recommend Zen desk or Zoho if I were to use it for my own small business purpose.
