It's well-written, well-drawn, and fucked beyond all rec.
Basically, it's like zombies, but instead of zombies everyone loses their moral baring. A regular person would see a hot chick at the grocery store and might think about raping her, but because he's a fairly decent human being, he continues down the cereal isle. However, if you're infected, you'd see the chick and think about raping her, and in an instant you'd be fist pummeling her and shoving half of the vegetable isle up her ass while eating her tits and shooting a shotgun in the air. And basically all the non-infected start to go crazy as well, so it's basically like the writers said, "let's think of the most fucked up thing we can, and make a comic about it."
