I have been kind of bored with my usual projects lately and want to start spending a little time doing something different than what I'm use to. I have not started to provide this service yet. I have coded several scrapers in the past, and have decided to try selling custom scraped databases here, for a per-entry fee. I hear of people creating db-driven sites often, but rarely see people offering these databases for sale, so hopefully I can offer something new and different.
I was thinking of charging about $.005 per entry ($50 per 10k entries). I am willing to negotiate, but that will depend on the size of the order, the difficulty of retrieving the data, and a few other factors. At that price, the databases would be made available to the public on my website for the same price you pay. For a premium, maybe 3x that amount, it would be kept private and never resold.
