Custom email submits

Do any networks offer custom email submits for a product if you can prove the traffic is there? It's a popular product, similar to PS3/iPad/etc, but there are no offers out that have it as a prize on the lander.

I dont think he is looking to have someone create this design, but more so if a CPA Network/Advertiser would allow him to use his own CPA Lander Email submit page.
Which would flow better with his webpage and not look so much like the typical "Submit your email for $100000 giftcard to applebees"

Any good AM should be able to set it up for you, or if you have a backend / upsell product do it yourself and step it up into the advertising game $$$$
