For user experience, there is almost nothing that compares to VBullitain. phpBB is Free, however, if there is any budget, you are right with Vbulitain.
There are plenty of ways to change a wordpress site into a Review Site. We can look at some samples, and see how easy we can make it look like your current site. Usually it will be a matter of putting the code blocks into the appropriate places, and styling the stylsheet to match your current design.

Didda121 Did a great job on my website!! It's a new niche, otherwise I'd post for everyone to see. He did BOTH a wordpress review site (Thanks Dan Grossman) and a vBulletin. He is working on another project as we speak. He will have more work from me in the future for sure!! Great turn around and great communication. Sorry I'm late with the post. I'm busy playing with my website, and having fun, as well as starting to make some money! VERY PLEASED!!!

Another Great Project!!!
This is my second project with Digga121. He did an unbelievable job in integrating a Revolution Theme Wordpress Blog within my current site. I had a very specific way in which I needed this done. I use another program to build my sites, so they needed to blend together to go seamlessly from the site to the blog, and vise versa. Again communication was great, and it was as if he read my mind on what I wanted. I'm starting another project with him today, and have several more sites to complete after that. I may go back and add Forums to some of these sites as well. My first project had both, and turned out Perfect! Would highly recommend!:xmas-smiley-016:

Digga 121 just finished another site, this one was a completely new make over. We used a Revolution 2 Wordpress along with a Vbulletin forum again, as well as integrating into my existing site. Again Work was fast, communication was great. I Will be giving him more projects after a holiday break.:xmas-smiley-016:
