Cut/Edit Youtube Downloaded FLV files

Hi,

New here...

I just downloaded a YouTube video in
FLV format but I wanna cut off the last
10-15 seconds of the video...

How do I go about solving that problem...

Tried many softwares from Download.com
but to no success....

Anyone with this experience and the
exact steps to do it?

I use Free FLV Converter (Koyote Soft) to convert any flv movies over to wmv and then I use Adobe Premiere Elements to edit out what I need and then convert into a format I want. You could also use Windows Movie Maker for editing if you don't have anything else handy.
