Honest question.

I get a campaign doing ~12-15 leads a day (not huge volume I know, but steady so far).
My CVR is about 9-12% on any given day.

All of a sudden, yesterday, I'm converting at 2% & I'm losing money again.
I understand regular fluctuations etc, but that is >3 standard deviations from the average.

My ads aren't going stale because CTRs are still good.

So how does something like this get accounted for?
What should I do in a situation like this?

lol. thanks.

If they don't like my leads, why do they bother paying for any at all?
Couldn't they just stop paying me altogether?

Although you may be right...

Did you actually calculate your std. dev., or do you even know how?
