Did you know that all the FMW links went down without noticing any network? Many networks still didn't turn the offer down yet. This is abnormal if you didn't know and it is unrelated to new regulation shit that you are proposing. If they were going to turn it down because of the FTC regulation, they would of let all the networks know. Oh ya, the CX check bounced thread... People were just dicking around in that thread fyi. Next time if you don't know what is going on, it is best to not post.

Yeah all my links are down, not just fwm offers. They better have a good goddamn explanation tomorrow for me spending time changing all these links right now at the crack ass of the morning.

Fun fact your cheque won't actually be posted for another 2-3 business days, you won't know until next week whether or not it actually cleared.

The only exception to this is if you use the same bank as CX digital.
 
Just to clear things up. I sent out an email last night about 1am EST after I saw all the FWM offers down. So if you're an affiliate of ours you were at least notified. Our offers of course were redirected but a bunch of other networks weren't. I hope that helped some guys getting their traffic redirected.

Also talked with the owner of FWM this morning and he claims that it was a mess up and there was still some stuff not ready for the new FTC compliance laws. So they had to shut all their offers down. He claims they will be back sometime this morning.

Actually, Mr. Cleland from the FTC explicitly stated that that testimonial is okay since most consumers do not expect that to be typical.

The new guidelines or clarifications are very, very vague. It's basically determined by what the FTC assumes the average consumer believes.
