CX - Getting getting assf*cked by CX? CX not Paying you either for XM leads?

A 3rd Party Approval "audit" of networks shaving and paying would be a great Idea. Just don't know how that would be setup and work. But great idea in concept. Affiliates would have to agree not to work with approved networks. XY7 just sent an email about how they found a Big Network shaving.[FONT=&quot]

how many were paid? i bet they're paying the smaller debts and asking them to post here so it looks like they're paying a lot out...just paying a little to a few in reality with the caveat of posting here...maybe even in a contract hehe! 'we'll pay you in exchange for a post on Wicked Fireeeee!'

Am i the only one that feels that if we are NOT in violation of any terms and conditions, that it should be completely irrelevant if XM pays CX or not, and that we should still get paid.

If CX doesn't get paid, then they can go ahead and sue XM to collect their money, but that really should not affect them paying us. Our deal is with CX and those who followed the rules, spent their hard earned money on ads, only to find out that we will not get paid if CX doesn't get paid.

This is very bad business. If i was a real estate developer, and hired a company to build a house for me that i planned on selling. Does this mean that if i am unable to sell the house, once built, i dont have to pay the company i hired to build it???

They don't care whether i can sell it or not, its not their problem, as in this case, whether CX gets paid or not is not OUR problem, its CX's. And unless they are completely broke and don't have the money to pay up, then it is their responsibility to take care of the affiliates that play by the rules and are due money.

Just my 2 cents.

This is the truth, half the reason affiliates use networks is for risk mitigation. It is always the responsibility of the network to pay out on legitimate traffic regardless of the situation. If there is evidence of fraud or padding on the other hand this is a whole nother issue.

^^ oh look, another network promoting their self with some chick almost nude. ^^

ok back on topic, i was told im gettin paid in full. lets see if it happens!

XM Brands=Scumbags

Thankfully my hit wasn't too bad working direct with XM=dealing with the biggest scumbags. In my opinion, Issa Asad and Noha Asad are scam artists. They pretty much stiff everyone and take ZERO responsibility.

thanks for cheerleading, Chris...I don't think anyone else got paid yet but there are rumors that XM's back up this week with CX...guess CX didn't learn their lesson still. "XM, we'll extend you another $10 million if you pay us $1 million now...you could pay us later, we'll work with you."

Convert2Media is still owed money with the same ole "we are paying out who we dont find fraud on" so I would expect that after running the offers for over half a year at this point they will come back to say "we found fraud" which is ridiculous at this point.

I'm curios if any other networks are being stiffed right now. Guess I'll ask publically.

still stiffed...they are paying smaller balances. also, most of the guys who are still owed have been told the same thing...that they have either identified a lot of fraud in their leads, or still haven't. what doesn't make sense is that many of the stiffies have run the offer for most of 2010 in pretty high scale. they're letting xm win in their efforts of crying wolf. fraud is different from chargebacks, and xm's practice is famous for high chargebacks - which they're trying to dissipate to the networks...and so on.

funny thing is, other networks like eads and epic already paid everyone because they need their publishers to push other offers...seems like cx doesn't have other high-volume offers for their publishers to push...

My account was one of those flagged for a "high" level of fraud. My AM swears that they are pushing for me to get paid asap though and its XM/Visa making the claim.

I would just like to use this post to thank all those companies that have paid me on time, every time for the exact same traffic I have been sending XM the past year, in no particular order:

EWA
Mundo
C2M
Copeac
ECM
HealthConverter
and even CX (before End of November)

And there has never been fraud from me, so this is definitely an issue with Xm trying to keep all the monies, and CX trying not to go bankrupt.
