CX - Getting getting assf*cked by CX? CX not Paying you either for XM leads?

ya, axe yo rep! and tell them to !pay!pay!pay!

I think you win the award for most annoying poster of the day.

I all seriousness though, CX should pay, but they have nice terms clauses that allow them to pay net 30 or later (most networks do). Anyone remember E-Ads "accounting department switch" a while ago that left a lot of us on the hook for a fair amount of cash floating over a while (I personally gave them a month long business loan, interest free). The point is, because networks say they will pay you weekly doesn't mean they HAVE to. Yeah, it'll ruin their rep, but to be honest, its on your shoulders as well to diversify where your money is coming form so shit like this doesn't happen.

I get they had an exclusive, but if you're that worried about it, you could always do things to minimize your risk, it may sound retarded, but asking a trusted 3rd party to pick up the offer and running it from them for a small margin can spread out your cash flow and ensure that you get paid most of the money on time, call it risk insurance........ just my 2 cents...

that is retarded, actually. when you are killing an offer with a shady advertiser who is delaying payment, don't go asking another network to bring it on (brokered or not) because you are just fucking more people over that way and yourself in the end.

STOP RUNNING THE FUCKING OFFER UNTIL SHIT IS PAID AND TRUST IS BUILT

crickets at cx all day! not a peep from anyone, tried to call and ping everyone, nothing since friday

being annoying won't speed up your payment bud. and if the way you talk on the forum is any indication as to how you talk to those over at CX i don't blame them for ignoring your calls.

i don't know the exact details. but i guarantee there are many that will be paid before you because they kiss ass in these scenarios so their am jockeys for them to get payment. you're working against your best interests, whether you know it or not.

I think you misread/didn't understand what I was saying. Let me pose this situation for you, You're running maybe 20-30k a month in volume through a network, they've paid you every week and on time, so you have the trust built. All the sudden, something blows up and that 5-7.5k a week turns into say 20-30k+ a week, and you don't have the cash flow built up to sustain that kind of hit/delay. Wouldn't it THEN make sense to do what I proposed. If you know an advertiser is shady, I agree, don't go ask another network to pick it up, but for many, shit IS paid and trust IS built, and then a non payment or payment hold happens... nuff said...

What's the benefit running through a CPA Network anymore? Might as well go direct and take your chances and or your own prepay from advertisers. This isn't the first time this stuff has happened. I think we should require all CPA Networks to send prepay to affiliates now.
The New CPA Moto:
"We dont get paid you dont get paid"

cx was probably the last one I thought would pull this trick...'we are a public company' LOL

they asked me for a couple weeks to sort it out and they still talk to me so we'll see what happens...

july7- how much did you say you were owed? like 50k?
