july7, wishing you and other people get their money asap. Also not sure what you mean by sue ? Yes, I got that you can sue, I am talking more about results (in your favour obviously). Wondering why so many affiliates/networks don't do it ? Too much of a hassle ? Costly so no worth it ? Time consuming ?

I deleted it because its probably not appropriate - i feel pretty bad for the guys who are owed xxK and its not really a joke - i'm from russia myself and i know what can be done in CIS countries lol. this is not about being a pussy, just about respecting the gravity of the situation.
 
I'm still waiting on Azoogle to pay me for my XM Leads in October... :angryfire:

Never thought that I would have this much trouble collecting from Azoogle since our past relationship has been very strong and no doubt, profitable for them. I've been promised numerous times to be on the next payment schedule but then something subsequently happens...
 
Pissed at Zoogs as well. Was put on a Net60 for October's XM leads, and now that the time has elapsed they still aren't paying. AM there keeps stalling as well.
 
ted skillet is a hardass name. for that reason alone i hope you get paid what you deserve. i'm suprised a few people on here still havent been paid. once again, best of luck to everyone.
 
I talked to them and they say;

Your ID was flagged as fraud...i'll send you a report with the subids reponsible. Networks have terms where we dont pay if for fraudulent traffic...if Visa's fining the advertiser and telling us its CC fraud we have to abide by that...

2> If All the people on this thread who owe shit amount of $$$ to C_X sent Fraud, then Why Did u Accept them as Affiliates?

I think they can't bear the heavy losses due to XM not paying them and so they are pulling the trigger on us!

So, Dear WickedFire Friends, My Suggestion to MYSELF & U All who owe money in C_X is;
The Next time you find a good converting rebill offer, go direct with Advertiser on Prepay Terms, or go with Network who really pay when they are not paid by the Advertiser...!
