is there any dating affiliate that pays for free signup and for confirmed membership?
like if the visitor creates a free account -> $2-$3
if he confirms/buy a paid membership -> additional bigger commission

I've read someone was using such an affiliate program but I can't find it anymore

I'm a bit new on wickedfire, so hello, first and foremost!

Mate1.com whose affiliate program is offered via the Share Results Affiliate Network offers a $2.25 CPA for a free signup and confirmed membership. There isn't a higher commission at this point for when the user upgrades their membership, however $2.25 is a pretty good CPA for a free signup!
