You spam using a clickbooth list without us subscribing to your shitty performinsider.com list. We unsubscribe, yet you *continue to spam*. You're violating the law. I am not adverse to getting the FTC involved for CAN-SPAM. Stop sending the fucking newsletter. The unsubscribe link makes it painfully obvious that you're using their list.

Is it still with icontact? If so I feel a lawsuit coming up. They have been warned several times, not sure why they are taking such a risk for this twat?

They have been notified of the account being used to spam, yet they still allow it to go ahead. THEY are liable.

I'm referring more to the Clickbooth list from ASE, giving someone access to mail your list from your account isn't violating anything (unless I'm missing something, but when you unsub from a list you're not unsubbing from that specific sender). However, it'd be interesting to see how they define "sender" for that "do not contact" opt-out.

On all other counts though yeah, meh.

(Sorry took me a bit to reply, not using subscriptions anymore)
