Getting screwed by a network, need to try some debt collection. PM me if you've used anyone good.

^^^^STFU; he's trying to find a debt collection company to regulate. IMO; I'd first start by using the list of regulators to file complaints; followed with threats.
1. FTC
2. Attorney General
3. BBB
4. Other commissioners for their biz (banking commissions, etc)
Do this for both the state they operate in, and yours.
5. Send them US Certified Mail confirming what you've done (attach); with a deadline to reply within 30 days before legal action is taken.
6. If they dont comply; well sue 'em and get a judgement.
A collection agent will only settle the debt + you'd have to pay them leaving you with nothing.
