I'm selling my web design blog, I'm not as interested in the subject matter as I used to be and I'm looking for someone who's interested in buying the site.

PR recently updated (in the past week or so), DesignersMind.com has a PR of 4. It receives 80-90% of the traffic from all my sites:

There are over 200 feed subscribers and the feed is the most popular part of the site. The site has been on the frontpage of Digg.com three times and has received a LOT of backlinks from it. I haven't really tried to monetize the site apart from Adsense (makes about $25-30 per Digg frontpage and used to make $2-3 a day before I stopped updating), but have had a lot of requests to buy text links and sponsored posts.
