Woops sorry i did not realize that entertainment decided morality.

As 1timedeal was talking about the techniques used to prepare your food.

So according to you. If you have a xmas dinner with a nice turkey etc. You better not enjoy any of the meat products. Infact during the dinner you better not be entertained, otherwise then according to your hypercritical sense of morality it is wrong. And that McChicken burger, you better not enjoy eating that, or get any entertainment value out of it.

I on the other hand when i invite guests over. I always have the turkey and all meat products blended. Then I shove a tube down thier throat with a funnel and pour the mixture directly into thier stomach. That way they will get no pleasure from consuming the meat.

Some of my guests after having so much blended turkey stuffed directly into thier digestive tracts, often have a pleasurable/sleepy feeling from digesting the turkey. To prevent any entertainment/enjoyment from this at random intervals I have someone punch them in the head. (unless they are sick twisted fuks who get enjoyment from full stomach and pain).

No offense to PETA members but they were only dogs.
People get less time for making other people quadriplegics.
 
I think 23 months is fair.
@nop - I think there is a huge difference between killing to survive and killing for entertainment. Not only do I think this, but looking back on history some of the greatest cultures and traditions had the same view. If you look at evolution or study mother nature, you can clearly see that there is utility in killing an animal for food in that it builds and sustains your body. The only function of killing for entertainment is to release chemical reactions in the brain which the ego finds pleasurable. Yes, it is enjoyable to eat a fine steak. However, anyone with an average IQ can see and understand the difference between killing to eat, and killing solely to entertain and may make choices based on these observations to form their own morality.
@Rockpile - PETA is a screwed up organization, and actually believes that Pitbulls should be euthanized because they are breed to fight(really, check into this). There are many sound minded individuals who have no affiliation with PETA who believe that animal cruelty should be stopped.
 
The problem with dogfighting is just like anything else. Its illegal because it can't be controlled. We allow boxing, but because we can control it and monitor the betting that goes with it. Its harder to find two talented boxers that people will bet money on than it is some dogs that know no better. If it were harder to get your hands on dogs to train to fight, it would have never been made illegal. Dog fighting is very similar to horse racing, yet no one complains about horse racing. Its only because you can't go around having horse races in your back yard and having tons of people come over and bet money on it. If it were easier to do, it would be illegal.

Why is playing poker illegal if money is involved? Is it because the government cares so much about the people? No, its because it can't be controlled. But they can control something IDENTICAL to poker: lottery. Hypocrites.
 
And when a horse breaks its leg, don't they kill it in most cases? Is it useless in life with a broken leg? No. Is it useless to racing when it breaks its leg? Yes. Well, then, kill it.

When Vick does it in this case, its horrible. But only because the government says that dog fighting is illegal.
 
Oh yeah, like I said, I don't condone it. Even if it were legal, I wouldn't want to watch it or be involved in it, and I think it should be illegal. I just think we should put shit into perspective and realize that we are making a huge deal out of something, when it was just dogs. And I like dogs, but they are after all only dogs, and they do not have near the value of life that I would put on Michael Vick's or any of your lifes.
 
Pretty much sums it up, they where only dogs. In many parts of the world dogs are a delicacy and compared to other forms of meat expensive. Pound per Pound it is much cheaper to raise pigs,chickens, cows etc for meat compared to dogs. (Just so silly westerners do not think they will be fed dog, it would be like subsituting sirlon steak for ground beef, just stupid).

I find it comical the arguments as in "the dogs have no choice but to fight". Gee a cow raised for meat, has no choice but to be cruelly slaughtered in the slaughter house, and sometimes even cut appart while still alive. Maybe the fuking PETA wants animals to have voting rights like human beings ? Miss Cow how do you feel about becoming a steak ?

I also find it intresting that somehow IQ got mixed into this. So if I enjoy cockfighting for instance I must have a low IQ and no morality. Quite a few of the US founding fathers probably enjoyed cock fighting. In PH cockfighting is still an honorable sport, and it is even telivised. The cocks are treated like royalty, fed finest foods, given nice little walks etc :). Compared to a laying chicken shoved in a cage so small it can not even move.

Personally I have little intrest in cock fighting and find it rather boring. But heya who am I to say that because someone enjoys this sport they are "immoral". 95% of the shit I sell on the net I find stupid, and personally have little intrest in it. Maybe that should be outlawed too.

I also find it comical a banker can steal the pension funds of 100K old people. Meanwhile he probably will get like 10 months in jail tops. Still get to keep 1/2 of the money he stole etc. So basically in USA a fuking dog is more important then ripping off old people.

This means it is against the law, there is no law for hunting, fishing, slaughtering pigs, cows, or chickens.

He also plead guilty because pookie, ukie, and dookie rolled over on him if his friends were not such dumb asses he probably would still be doing it.

Read again this is a federal offense punishable by 5 years in jail.

The good news is that if you live in the US there a plenty of international flights out of the country to locations that maybe make more political sense.

But beware if you move to another country and a tragedy happens as much as other countries talk shit about us the good old US will be the first ones on the scene to cover their ass.

Next thing you know immigrants will want health care funded by the government that they do not pay taxes to. Oh wait that already happened.
 
He deserves worse in my opinion. Although Drusam's suggestion was a good one.

My problem with what he did is that it was sadist acts towards helpless creatures for the soul purpose of his amusement.
