I disagree that all rights are property rights.

I believe all rights are human rights and hence are derived from Nature. The appropriate role of government is not to determine, but to protect, the rights and freedoms of an individual. When a government ceases to do that it no longer serves its citizenry but becomes a tool of injustice to be manipulated by whomsoever has the power to do so and for their vested interest.
You really need to define "human rights" and "rights derived from Nature". Do I have a right to the fruit of my labour? The government doesn't think so.

At what point do my rights stop? Obviously my right to move my fists freely stops at about the point where it contacts your face, but how about a more complicated issue like say... my right to play loud music in an economy that doesn't have a market for quiet?

If you want to go more fundamental than that, how about the concept of a income-cycle where poor children are -not- born on equal footing with rich children in an economy that has indivisibilities of all kinds of things?
