48 per cent of Canadians vacationed outside of Canada; 19 per cent of Americans vacationed out of the U.S.


44 per cent of Canadians and 37 per cent of Americans pay most often with debit cards.


80 per cent of Canadians have played the lottery in the past year compared with 63 per cent of Americans.

It's just not fair to compare Canada to the US. It doesn't mean Canadians suck, they're just a different sort of people. I go to Canada all the time, and they aren't as bad you are trying to make them out to be.

It's just not fair to compare Canada to the US. It doesn't mean Canadians suck, they're just a different sort of people. I go to Canada all the time, and they aren't as bad you are trying to make them out to be.

Yup, you guys being close to the equator makes vacationing in-county much more attractive. Florida, Cali, and Hawaii to name a few states that get sun all year round, while us "eskimos" actually have to live through 4 seasons every year. I never take a vacation on country here in Canada, there's just no point.
