I mean don't give a name like watchonlinemovie, pharmacy, seoman, etc. which are related to your site niche.

Give names like jason, tom etc. so that the approval rates increase. Because the moderators of such high PR blogs are like hawk-eye.

Yeah, you did, and that is what I thought you were trying to say. However, that is the whole point of getting the backlinks (having keyword anchor text). Anyone can get blog comments on PR5,6,7 sites by using names as long as the comment is relevant.

Getting do-follow blogs at High PR is a tough job. Many sites having high pr usually change from do-follow to no-follow blog. They do this to prevent spamming on their site.
 
Interested to see IF DO Follow blog Commenting cuts the mustard. Have just not bothered because of the labour intensiveness of the task.

I don't think anchor text for this is going to make as big of a difference as some of you are making it out to be. I've run the SEO division at a firm for a few years now and anchor text hasn't had nearly the impact it used to.

Besides, if you check the link profiles of most of the top sites, anchor text are only a fraction of their top backlinks. Most backlinks come from the company name and other almost random phrases. You throw up 100 no-follow blog backlinks with anchor text (and you'll never get all those to stick), and you're way more likely to have them filtered for looking like spam. I've made just about every mistake you could make with linkbuilding along the way, too.

Unless these do-follow blogs are tightly themed and most of the dofollows in various dofollow search engines or google advanced operator searches are random crap or webmaster, then you're just using these to balance out your link profile and maybe get a little authority - they're not going to be what puts you on the map in a competitive niche.

I would like to see some feedback on this guy though because my blog commenters are getting too pricey. If anyone is a native US citizen and wants some work doing blog commenting to make a few bucks, give me a shout.
 
The primary reason, I utilise a proportion of outside link building workers as part of my overall game plan when attacking a niche is footprint diversity.

Humans are creatures of habit, and most tend to draw from same resources, after awhile, your whole game plan is on the table.

So Yes after the OP is finished and shoots me a report I shall take a look for movement in the Serps and traffic growth. If its there, then I purchase more of his services.
