you should PM the guy named Gmario here. I think he owns advcpa.com
Hopefully you're incorporated. If so, then go to a collection agency. I've used one for an offline business I have, and have sicced them on fuckers who have owed as little as $800.
Just saying "It's only $2,000, forget about it" is what enables these fuckers to keep doing shit like that. If they can't pay you and are honest about it, and want to work out a payment plan, that's one thing... but for them to string you along and tell you lies should make your blood boil. Get mad and get even.
Well... I am witness to what he says... we were in touch since January if I'm not mistaken, and he was telling me how much the guy was bullshiting him. It kinda sucks.
2K is a lot of money to a lot of people, you can't just forget about it. But I guess you have to keep working to make this loss back.
Brandon's facebook page is updating consistently, I'm just curious why he even doesnt have a minute to reply my emails. The AM seems like his spokesman, kept telling me that Brandon would answer me shortly/tonight but nothing came for months. I'm covering the AM's handle because he was originally from the same country where I'm in.
Ah the every 3 day post about some shady network/advertiser not paying their bills.
When will people learn.
*sigh*
They did this to me only because I'm located out of the states, so even this happens, I can do nothing in legal ways to get my money back from these guys.
You think USians can simply rip off foreign suppliers with zero legal repercussions? Contact a debt collector and you may get half.
This all started 8 months ago? Have you gotten over your first love yet? Or is her personal protection order still on you? Get over it dude. We all take our losses in this industry. You need to take your time and invest it elsewhere. Learn about companies before you work with them. If you have any doubts - then follow your gut feeling and don't work with them. Work with somebody more "reputable." Bitching on WF isn't going to get you anywhere.
The FTC may be able to help you in this situation. Good luck.
