You're used to the constant gratification that comes with multitasking. The problem is, you might be losing your ability to relate to folks on a face-to-face basis, including your family.
Frankly, I don't relate. I don't do Facebook or Twitter. I've never sent a text in my life. My phone doesn't even have a camera. By your standards, I'm probably a Luddite.
