I tried to sell ChromeSpot.com on Sitepoint but was only offered $1.5k and I think the site has too much potential to let go that cheaply.
That being said, I don't have the time to mod/admin the forums let alone grow the user base, promote and all that crap. That's where you come in.
I'm looking for a trustworthy partner to pretty much take an active leadership role on the site. You would run the site as if it were your own:
But then again that would be part of your job - to monetize the existing traffic as well as growing traffic. And since you have a share in the profit... it makes a lot of sense.
Please don't apply if you're a total newb or douche bag. Also, want someone who has a good knowledge and experience of vBulletin. I'm looking for a good fit here and will be picky... worst case scenario I just continue letting it sit collecting dust. No biggie.

- Making blog posts about Chrome
- Answer questions in the forum
- Promoting the site
- Managing users and mods
- Keeping the forum running smoothly, etc...
