do you smoke cigarette ?

I switched from smoking to dipping. That way all I have to do now is pull down my lip to see the cancer.

A pack will last me about a week. But even since I've been hitting the gym on a regular basis I've noticed its hampering effects. Just bought my first e-cig today.

I've quit 3x using the pill (not chantix but wellbutrin/bupropion/generic zyban)

Just makes you not want to smoke and after 3 mo of not smoking you stop and don't get the urges to smoke. My weakness is cigars....

How long did you take Zyban for? I'm going to give it another try, worked once for me. Searching online the sites say take for 7-12 weeks after quitting but I have a feeling I only used it for a month.

Yes. I do smoke.

5-10 cigs/day.

My teeth are beginning to turn yellow, and my lungs feel like shriveled failure-sacks every time I work out or run.

I've done practically every drug in existence, but Nicotine is the only one I have a hard time living without.

anyone tried also drinking and vaping or e-cig? whats the difference with real cig ?

Yeah, I vape daily.

I used to smoke 3 packs a day. I smoke less than a pack now + vape. I know a lot of people who quit immediately after getting a decent e-cig. I think it'll eventually replace smoking 100% for me in the very near future.

I need to try WTA juice - I hear it helps a lot for some. If you smoke I highly recommend giving vaping a shot.

I used to smoke 2 x 25 packs or more a day (50+ per day).

I quit cold turkey in 2008 when I got sick, partly from smoking.

I don't miss smoking. I breathe better, I sleep better and I don't smell bad all the time. Plus, it is crazy expensive now.

Pretty much the same story. I was an athlete all my life, but I started smoking in 97 for 10 years, then I quit 5 years ago last week and feel great. Had to quit due to health issues. My heart rate was always too high, I had constant heart palpitations, nasty GERD and was always feeling sick in general.

Such a disgusting habit. Smoked 2-3 packs per day. I'm always glad to hear about people quitting. I'm still amazed by how Big Tobacco is still going strong and this shit is still legal. It's as healthy as meth.

They give you 3 months worth. You keep smoking and quit on your 7th day once it's built up in your system.

A couple times I didn't get my refill in time and smoked and it ruined it, had to start over. I've used it probably 5+ times over the past 9 years, 3x successfully.

faaaaack this thread made me want to smoke. I have no will power. in mexico they put pictures of dead babies on the packs. I still smoke those bitches too.

They do that in Panama as well. They were supposed to start doing picture based fact statements on packs of cigarettes last year, (according to this site: Picture-Based Smoking Warnings Coming to the USA in 2012) but I'm not sure if that got held up or something. In Panama they show like rotted lungs and other disgusting photos - yet people still smoke!
