Do you take natural supplements?

Works for me. Used to take Animal Pak but I don't lift nearly as hard as I used to so it was getting to be overkill.

Policosanol
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Green Tea Extract
Garlic Extract
Omega 3 Fish Oil

Used to take zinc until I took it on an empty stomach and almost died.

What's wrong with Zink? Took it for ages with no adverse effect. Maybe I should garlic capsules to my list, the active ingredient in garlic is very good for you.

Animal Pak Multivatimin
Fish Oil
Bifidus/Acidophilus
HMG
Garlic
Alpha Brain

...during workout about 8 BCAAs + Animal Stack? The joint formula

ZMA right before I sleep

Controlled Labs Orange Triad Multi Vitamins
Omega 3 Fish Oil
ON Whey
White Flood - Pre workout NO
Vitamineral Green (instead of eating a ton of green veggies)

Fish Oil
Hemp Oil
ALA
Vitamin B Complex
Chlorella
Citicoline
Ginkgo Biloba
Vitamin E
Epicor
Milk Thistle
Probiotics
Vitamin D3
MSM
Astaxanthin
Beta Carotene
Ascophylium nodosum
Taurine
Organic Silica
Tumeric (sometimes)
Calcium (sometimes)

I am hardly ever sick. All my vitamins are sourced from food or are bio available forms, nothing artificial.

^^^^ WTF?

So many seniors in here.

Only thing I take is protein. Rarely get sick and just set a new personal high on bench at 265lbs, I weigh 175.

Just eat stuff with nutrients and you won't need all that shit.

Fish Oil
Multi-Vitamin
Piracetam
Choline Bitartrate
Protein shakes on occasion
melatonin for sleepz
Moutain Dew

I take:

50mg D-bol A.M
1 Gram T-Cyp Twice Week
100 mg Anadrol Twice Day
50 mg Anavar Twice Day
1 Gram Deca Every Week
Vit C 1000 mg/day

Seems to be working.

You could take all those supplements ... or ... just eat right.

This, nothing will beat a good diet. Best natural supplement out there is good food. IMO everything out there is garbage besides protein. Many pro athletes (who aren't on the juice) also agree.
