To my knowledge, Google Wave is somewhat similar to what I want here, but it's dead and annoying to use, etc.
Basically, I need to get in contact with a team of people who I outsource work to very consistently, sharing emails between them and sending a shitload of mails a day. Is there some sort of web application where basically, you can sign a team up and just have a big ass wall or board where you can stick notes, instructions, notices, etc. and have your team of workers be able to log in, see that, check completed work off, etc.? I guess that's basically a to-do list, but not really.
