I've posted on mortgage leads and debt consol and I'm amazed I get very little response. I know it's competitive and I know a few playas in here but no one else does it?????

I need to find the best pay out for debt consol leads and don't tell me COPEAC please! And dont ask me why:error:

The interface isn't that great, and the management seems a little absent BUT I have been getting great coversions with esmartdollars for the last few months on very little traffic. The site is very sticky, and surfers seem to spend a lot of time looking at different pages.

Yes, that is a referal link. But despite some gotcha's with the affilate interface, they pay every month.

The surfer actually signs up for the service - pays something like 39.95 and you get 9.95 of that. They pay through paypal, and it has been converting as well as some free leads things if you do it right.

I concentrate on another financial area, so the traffic is sort of an, "oh yeah"...type of deal. I keep thinking about pushing it harder, but I've got sooo much to do...and my time just evaporates.

Thanks Bitsdawg. I need a company where they will work with me on volume and take faxed apps, email apps etc. Direct. It seems that these affilaite companies and many debt consol companies are just set up to take leads one way. 50-100 daily. I don't like sending people to websites. I hold their hand and make them sign up. lol

I had tried this for about a month and it was too big for me to be honest. I couldn't compete since I don't have the budget to do it yet. I used Neverblue and Shareasale for my campaigns but I just did advertising on bidvertiser and google. I found out bidvertiser sucked and google just got too much for me to compete. If you have the budget and balls to stick it out, I know it is lucrative, but I think it takes awhile to fine tune what converts for this area. Just my thoughts

Agreed mora. Mortgages and debt are the most competitive. Thats why I am a little aprehensive and there are a lot of fucking big mutha fuck great white sharks that will eat me alive. I know that so I'm trying to swin close to shore.

Nah it's not mine but I'm hoping to get an American Pitt in the next few years. I live in an apartment right now, albeit a large apartment, but it wouldn't be fair to keep a dog that size without a lot of space and a yard, plus I'm only home during the waking hours for like 4 hours a day. Cats can deal with that, to do that to a dog would border on neglectful.

Cool dog. Neverblue is a good tip. Good people. I am new to dealing with affiliate companies (1 year) and I'm trying to find a good fit for what I do. Preferrably a debt company direct, which I have done but am trying to find the right one. You do that by cold calling them and speaking with the marketing director or their own in house affiliate manager. But of course I would deal with a good paying affiliate management company that undrstands what this project entails and work hand in hand in making it work.

manager.

I just hope your name doesn't indicate what you plan to do with the dog.

Spoke with Neverblue and Leadpoint. They just dont get what Im doing. argggghhhhhhhh

Some people might argue, for the sake of discussion, that perhaps there's a small chance that's because you are trying to do things the hard way.

Okay, big group hug before you yell again. :)

There's a company here in Dallas I've been sending leads to called CreditSolutions. I've got a buddy that works up there who says they're spending over 300k/month on leads, and it's definitely not all coming from me, so you might call them.

Debt Consolidation and Credit Consolidation Alternative – Debt Relief with Credit Solutions

They might try to send you to cj for 22/lead, but just keep pushing and you should be able to get them to go for a deal.

the thing I like about them is the number of states they can do business in. a lot of these companies are restricted, but CS can do like 38 states I believe.

I work with a few more locals, but would prefer to middle man those deals. pm if you want to talk.

I explained it Smaxor. I'm half way articulate and can explain myself well but here's the dillema.

I talked with the guys at leadpoint and Neverblue. They will not take applications taken by loan officers on the phone. The debt leads would be coming several ways some via email/fax or live. But many would be a refinance that can't qualify, large debt load that needs help. We have them on the phone. Simple example "Mr. Jones we are approved with every National Lender and Investor in the Country. I just can't place your 540 staed income loan at 100% LTV (well duh.... ) However we have a program designed to work with borrwers that cannot refinance an need help with their debt that is up to their fucken eyeballs" We then live tranfer or email/fax the application.

I'm not a debt consolidation lead expert but I have been at this long enough to know an exclusive non-incentivised qualified live transfer is the best fucken lead you can get beside a personal referral. So, that's why I am frustrated.

The good news is that it looks like I have this worked out and we will work hand and hand with a local debt consol company direct. That way we can beta test, tweak and make it work.

By the way the surf was fricken nice at Trestles this morning. 4-5 ft 100 yard lefts and rights.

Yeah I know them. I was talking with the marketing director and then they like changed buildings and I cant get through the fortress of tansfers and operators. I pitched him high though on per lead, so he probally just said fuck me and wont call me back. They advertise heavy on Google, so I figured they were spending the dough.

My leads come in several ways and thats what these companies dont like. A lot want to do rev shares. Not sure on that.

Thanks Jeremy. I'll PM you in a bit. I have a meeting right now.
