Does code or a plugin like this exist....

I am not sure what they are called, but I am looking for code or a plugin (im using wp) that asks site visitors if they need help after they`ve been browsing for a couple minutes or so. Essentially, it would instantly open a line of communication between the visitor and my sales staff.

Now this isn`t a pop up or anything...it would just appear on the page.

You could always track the user's session time via cookie and then use a pre-made sales chat solution:

On my main blog, I just have a "live help" link that goes to a chat box integrated directly with my Google Chat account. Works well for my setup, although it seems you are looking for a slightly different solution...
