I have caused sites to attain PR using only nofollow links, so I don't think they are worthless.

Also, is a nofollow link that sends traffic worth more or less than a dofollow link that only adds SEO value?

open up a network sniffer and use the tool. you will see there is nothing like that !!!

And so you can scrape their link reports.
