Domain Privacy Question

I bought a domain through Namecheap with whois privacy enabled.

So all is good when you look at the registrant information as it is hidden. But on whorush.com when I do a whois search I noticed that the Reverse Hostmaster data is showing my full email address.

Can anyone tell me how this has happened and what I need to do to stop it? No doubt I have cocked something up

It's probably other domains hosted on the same IP or the name server email contact.

Your reverse NS records may have been cached. Change your TTL to a faster amount and then check.
