Just an update for you guys. I have just requested a few changes and information to one of my sites. I won't have adsense screenshots etc though as the sites are not ranking yet so there is no traffic (Note he did not promise or say he will rank the sites).
I will come back with a full review once he has answered/fixed my questions.

Hi everyone,
Apologies in the delay here is my review
I orded 3 x Niche sites on the 12-11-11
The Keywords ranged from 3600-4400 Exact Searches with a CPC of around $1-$4
Speed: 4 of 5 - I received my keywords within 24-36 hours and then i got my finished sites on the 12-19-11. It was within in time frame and fairly quick.
Communication: 3 of 5 - There wasn't any update or expected timeline after me purchasing the domain names and giving him the hosting details. And at the end where i wanted a few changes made it seemed like it took for ever to get a reply but this may be to different timezones.
Price: 4 of 5 - Compared to others I think he offers a fairly decent price for the service.
Quality: 4 of 5 - The quality of the articles and content of the sites were great but I found the layout of the sites not the best. I made a few changes myself to one of the sites but this might just be personal preference. Like i said though the content was ready and the pictures were relevant.
Total 15/20
Other comments - I had to change his adsense to my code and also put in my analytics code as well as update a few of the modules to the latest but overall it was done well. In the terms of the keywords i did some link building over the last 2 days and one is already ranked #13 in google. I got roughly around 14 visitors today and 1 click (My analytics wasn't installed yet but i am guessing most visits where probly from the links i did but can't be sure), the 1 click was worth $2.96. Might be a fluke not sure as this is the first day it got traffic but hopefully it wasn't.
I am going to get these sites ranked and see how they go for a few weeks, but if they are positive I would consider buying more.
