example:
I ask: checking on status of order
you: sorry been super busy it might be an extra 7 days

me: no problem will wait

Then you give it to me in 2 days like you were anyway and I am very happy.

But if you tell me your going to give me the report "this evening" and it does not happen then I am wondering why did he tell me that?

Anyway still waiting, and if all is good will put in more orders...

I understand the frustration with having to wait longer than advertised and expected. I would be annoyed as well. I can assure you that the work is being done (or is done) for everyone who has started a project with me so far and there are no issues on my end other than things taking longer than expected. I'm busting ass to get these finals pieces tied up for all clients and have reports missing 1 or 2 pieces in order to send them out.

There are multiple ways to contact me, be it with a PM, my email at layeredlinks@gmail.com, or the project management app I set up specifically for this service, so I would appreciate any comments or concerns regarding active projects be directed at one of those communication channels.

Making announcements in this thread isn't going to speed anything up on my end, simply because I can't go any faster. You're all completely justified in your frustration. But like I've told some of you personally, I didn't spend two years posting here to come up with a service thread to scam you guys on. A number of people can vouch for me here, I promise you all, I'm working on both completing these projects and achieving the highest quality of work possible for you all.

To the last 6 people who have posted here: I will be able to move forward with your stuff by the end of this week, so hang in there and I will be in touch in the next few days, and thank you for your interest. I have a few workers settling in right now and will able to go full blast with a couple of orders a day once I get through with the last few remaining orders.
