Whenever I read about the double slit test I remember reading that some scientists believe the particles are bouncing off shit in other dimensions that exist outside of our observable universe. I think it was Brief History of Time by Hawking.
I don't know shit about QM to speak intelligently about it, but the idea other dimensions are out there interfering with our tests sounds incredibly fascinating. Since I cannot find it via searches I may be entirely full of shit.
