You could also try TextPad. It is lame compared to DW but it does highlight some of the reserved words, at least for HTML stuff. Best of all, it's free and is extremely useful for other various kinds of text editing. Try turning off WordWrap, then right click and enable Block Select Mode. Can be useful.
Hate to be a prima donna here but after hand coding for years I can look at a page of source and tell you where it's broken in one glance. This skill works everywhere for you, never goes away, and always works flawlessly.

In addition to having plugins for strong python and ruby support, and even PHP thanks to being built on eclipse, it also comes with the best HTML/CSS/structured-text editor I've used (other than vim/emacs ). My only gripe is that I just haven't found a good Vim-embed plugin for the editor yet
