DT down again

DT is very user-friendly (eg, familiar), but has many problems not the least of which is their antipathy towards customer service. I am unfortunately tied to their software, but have been testing HitPath and other solutions, but need a way to seamlessly ingratiate my partner accounts on any new software. Any ideas?

it definitely has its problems and quirks - is anyone using the dedicated server version of it? any faster, or more reliable that way?
I was on the dedicated version of it. After two months of it's "dedicated" service, I moved our network over entirely to Hitpath.
