dual 17" or the 24" Widescreen?

Right now I have a laptop, but since I do most work at home and I'm running short on memory, I thinking about investing in a desktop. Found the computer, but then I started thinking. The 24" widescreen or two 17" flatscreens?

it depends on the work you do. two 17" will give you more real estate, but sometimes it's more convenient to have one huge monitor instead of 2 smaller ones.
I use a 21.3" and a 20.1" monitor (Samsung and Dell). I'm planning to add a 30" apple/dell LCD sometime in the near future, and keep my current 20-inchers on the side.
leave yourself room to add more. you can never have too little screen space. I'm not running out desk room yet, but if I do I'm going to start mounting monitors on the wall

i would like to defend my honor and say i've never, ever used a 728x90 on an arbi site... in fact out of about 500+ sites I own... literally, only 1 has that size adsense unit.
