A boost for me. At work I have my laptop set up and an lcd as the main monitor. The laptop display I use as my secondary screen. Definately nice to be able to look at a different page or document without having to print it out.

PRODUCTIVE! I held out on doing this for a long time, and finally as of 3-4 months ago I am setup with dual 19" flat screens...man I kicked myself for waiting so long. I definitely recommend it if you constantly have a lot of programs up or find yourself flipping through programs out the ying yang. Watch Buy.com for great deals, I got my 2 for $416 total, including the shipping even. (Acer)

This will make you feel bad ..... but I got my 20" for $405

I have a wide screen laptop, which works ok. I just haven't cleared the space to ad a second monitor with the laptop yet.
I go insane with just one monitor on a desktop.
I use a projector often and people wonder how I can work on the two screens so easy.
Once you use it, there's no going back.
