Dynamic City insertion for adwords?

is there a way to dynamically insert a users city in an adwords ad?

For example a user searches "Free insurance quotes"

and my ad might say

"Find free insurance quotes in _____"?


or do i have to do regular dynamic keyword insertion and just bid on searches with location names?

I believe you can only insert the keyword that was matched via dynamic insertion.

You'd have to create a different ad for each city.
