I've never had a problem getting paid by eAd.
We're talking about residuals here..
Since it wasn't "set in stone" by them, they say we shouldnt be complaining.

When was that said exactly? I thought it was "oh we can't get the data"We're talking about residuals here..

What the fuck do you think they get a cut for?It sounds like you all should complain to the advertiser, if anyone, not the networks. How are they supposed to pay you $ they didn't receive themselves?

It's largely so we don't have to deal with the merchants, and they don't have to deal with us. So if there is a problem and something is not getting "dealt" with, that is completely their fault.
I don't care who got stiffed. My agreement was with the network, and the network agreed to pay me $X amount per sale/lead/whatever.
That's the end of it.

Well, most network terms would disagree with that... From eAds:I don't care who got stiffed. My agreement was with the network, and the network agreed to pay me $X amount per sale/lead/whatever.

There's a difference between what's morally/ethically responsible and what's legally expected/allowed. And knowing WickedFire, the common sentiment is to leave ethics at the door... except when it affects yourself.10.1. When Commissions are Earned. Commissions will not be “earned” until eAdvertising receives payment from the Client. Notwithstanding the foregoing, eAdvertising may elect to advance to you commissions prior to those commissions having been earned. You acknowledge and agree that your receipt of commission payments prior to those payments having been earned is conditional and subject to eAdvertising’s right to demand return of unearned commissions for any reason or for no reason at all.
I hear eads is offering $5 on their new berry offer with a $1000 residual, any takers?
Eadvertising.com owes me $30k and is 2 weeks late on a direct wire.. This is pissing me off

Just an update- I got the wire today..
To their credit, I have several good friends that do big volume with eads and they've never had any problems. They said it took awhile to process my w9 (it was their first time paying me via wire).
Lol. That's funny the day you complain on WF, is the day you get paid.
I'm never letting this thread die..
