Easiest way to add a picture/bio on my sidebar?

I cannot code aside from editing and making basic HTML changes.

What's the easiest way to add a great looking author picture and bio that every blog seems to have these days.. a little 'about me' section with a photo in my sidebar.

is there a good plugin for this? (in wordpress)
