and yeah theres like 1 country for measter eu on the list ;)

Anyway, advice on your trip? I only really know Budapest, and for that I can recommend the House of Terror:

House of Terror - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It's on Andrassy, and both the Nazis and Russians used it as a HQ back in WWII. It's pretty crazy, because the ground levels and up are all offices, then down in the basement is a prison with various cells, torture chambers, hanging rooms, etc. There's even cells that are literally about 2x2 feet -- barely enough room to stand, and just a solid wooden door so you can't see out or anything. No idea how long they shoved people into them, but I would imagine long enough so when they opened the door, the guy just collapsed. Then you hear stories like 10 minute trial, and boom, 17 years in prison.

There's some really nice castles and stuff around if you're into that, but I have no idea where they are. I just sat in the car, and we drove.

Sounds like you're into partying though, so in that case, maybe head to Siofok:

It's only about 90 - 120 mins from Budapest, and is a large lake / tourist area with loads of bars, clubs, pubs, etc. No tourist traps, or not that I ever experienced. Just a bunch of Europeans getting hammered at all hours of the day / night.

These are all what they call "ruin bars," but they're my favorite bars in Budapest. I lived there for three months and was pretty much exclusively drinking.

They're all within walking distance of each other. Essentially, all of Budapest is within walking distance. Pretty much 200-500 HUF will get you a beer anywhere. $1-2 USD.

This place is okay, I like the garden they opened last year.

This place you shouldn't miss. That is all.
English startpage - Szimpla

They have another spot called "Little Szimpla" that's really low key but great.

This place is funky as hell. Each room is different. Multiple dance floors. Two are usually really sucky, but there's this one that's near the coat check area that's the best dancing I've found in Budapest. Packed. I used to live on the same block as this place.
Instant

These two are near each other. I like em both. Just outdoor drinking.

You should do yourself a favor and go to a place called Ferdinand. They have the best Czech beer and amazing food.

There's this boat called like Boat 52 or something stupid. They say they're the best bar in Europe. It's far away from everything else. Skip it. I've made a map that marks all these places. You'll notice you could easily hit them up one after the other.

You don't need to know shit about the language except. "Igan" "Nem" and "Cosinum" / "Cosi" I'm sure that's not how you spell them, but it's how you say Yes, No and thank you.

PS There's some neo nazi's cruising around. The touristy places no worries, but if you go to a local bar and some brothers start talking you up and being all nice to your face but talking among themselves maybe you should find a reason to leave. Cause I've been out with friends and luckily one was Hungarian. Apparently, the guys were saying to each other "Call the brothers. We're gonna kick the shit out of these guys." Or whatever. Cause our friends were Russian Jews.
